Which parcel service company will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by DHL/Deutsche Post or UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code which allows you to track your parcel's journey on the carrier's website.

What is the cost of delivery?

Shipping costs within Germany are EUR 4,90. Deliveries to states in the European Union and Switzerland are EUR 14,90. For further information considering other international delivery (e.g. USA, Australia), please click here.

How long does delivery take?

You can check the delivery time on each wallpaper's product details. Please note that these informations refer on delivery within Germany. If you are based abroad, you might also consider the additional delivery times on our list of international shipping costs.

What happens if an item is out of stock or discontinued?

In that case, we will contact you immediately via e-mail in order to inform you about a delay in delivery and to clarify how to proceed. If a delay in delivery does not come into consideration for you, you can cancel your purchase for free.

Can I request an express delivery?

Express delivery is possible in some cases. Please contact us on this matter via eMail.

Do you ship abroad, to other countries than Germany?

Yes, we are shipping all over the world. For further informations, please take a look at our list of international shipping costs. Please note that the delivery time as mentioned in the product details refers to delivery within Germany only.

Is it possible to place an international VAT-free order?

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, USA, Australia) are always zero rated for VAT. German VAT of 19 % is automatically deducted during your placement of order. Please note that, depending on the country you reside in, you might be charged customs and import charges which are not included in the amount invoiced.

VAT-free delivery is possible for customers in any of the EU member states who are registered in their own country for sales tax. Please state the European VAT Identification Number when ordering. In this matter please contact us via eMail e-mail and we will send you an appropriate invoice.

What paste/adhesive do I require for my wallpaper?

Most paper-backed wallpapers require an adhesive especially for paper-backed wallpapers whereas wallpapers that are non-woven require another kind of adhesive. We don't sell wallpaper adhesive products ourselves but you can get the right product in home improvement shops.

What size are the wallpapers?

The European standard dimensions for a roll of wallpaper are 53 cm x 10,05 m. As we also sell wallpapers with other dimensions, please always take a look at the product details for each wallpaper.

Can I order wallpaper samples before buying?

It is possible to order samples for most of the wallpapers we sell (the "order sample"-button is featured on the product site). Most samples are available in DIN A4- or DIN A5-size (EUR 2,00 each). Shipping of samples is free of charge.

What do the wallpaper symbols on the product's site mean?

If you hover over the symbols featured on the product's site, you see a short description to each symbol. We have arranged all of them with definitions of each wallpaper for you:

What are vintage wallpapers?

Our vintage wallpapers are original wallpapers from the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's which are not manufactured anymore and therefore limited in stock. You can find them in our category VINTAGE.

I am looking for a special wallpaper but I cannot find it on your website, can you help?

If you are looking for a certain wallpaper that is not featured on our website, please contact us. We will try to find it in over 500 collections of wallpapers, which we haven't put online entirely.

What do I have to consider before re-ordering a wallpaper?

To avoid possible colour variations, make sure the wallpaper you are planning to re-order has the same batch number as the previous one, so that they are from the same fabrication. The batch number is located on the small label that also features hanging instructions and the pattern number of each wallpaper.
